Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the narada service ("Service") provided by SoftImply OU ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
narada provides scheduling pages, calendar integrations, availability management, and related collaboration features. We may modify the Service, add or remove features, or change limits at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for your account and for safeguarding credentials. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Bookings & Scheduling
Users may create booking pages and accept bookings. Organizers control their own availability, meeting settings, cancellation policies, and any fees. We do not guarantee that invitees will attend or that scheduling outcomes will meet your expectations.
Plans, Subscriptions & Billing
We offer a free plan and paid plans (including Standard and Enterprise). Free plans may include usage limits or feature restrictions. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your plan. We may change pricing, plan features, or limits with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes: interfering with or disrupting the Service, reverse engineering, accessing accounts without permission, sending spam or illegal content, or using the Service to violate others' rights or applicable laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., event names, descriptions, messages). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you provide.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft, Zoom) and uses third-party providers (e.g., Azure, SendGrid). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, and designs, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property except as permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR if you paid nothing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or for operational reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
